Reiki for self and othersReiki Level I Attunement/Class at Reiki Milwaukee begins with an overview of the history of Reiki and Dr. Usui. The class includes an overview of subtle energies. the chakras, meridians, and levels of the aura After a basic understand of subtle energy, the Reiki "energy" is transferred to the student by the Reiki teacher during an attunement process. After the attunement, students are taught the hand positions (for self and for others) and given ample time to use the Reiki on self and Reiki share with classmates (take turns giving the energy to each other). By the end of the two day class, the students will be able to give a complete Reiki session using all hand positions. The class is held over two days, 6 hours in total (4 hours for day one and 2 hours for day two).

Optimizing Reiki Practitioners' Energy System -
This class will teach Reiki practitioners how to optimize their emotions and energy for both self care and care of clients.
Included will be an overview of four lower bodies (physical, mental, emotional and etheric), mass consciousness, pain body, etc. Use of several techniques such as white light, circle of protection, violet flame, vampire box, use of crystals (specific for dealing with emotional issues) and use of affirmations all tied to together to help practitioner gain better control of their emotions and hold the space needed for their clients healing and to help them learn to identify when an emotion they are feeling is not their own.

Reiki Level II |
Reiki Symbols and Distance Healing
Students are attuned with the sacred Reiki symbols which allow for distance healing. The second attunement increases the flow of Reiki energy that's available to the student / Reiki practitioner. Students are taught the Reiki II symbols, how to draw them and how and when to use them. Includes an overview on crystal therapy, which can be used in conjuntion with Reiki. This class is held one day, approx. 4 hours total, a combination of lecture, discussion and experience.

Increased Reiki Energy - Ability to Teach and Attune Others
Further enhancement of your skills as a healer. The Japanese name for this class is Shinpiden which means mystery teaching. The decision to become a Reiki Master / Reiki Teacher involves continually healing on deeper levels and the development of your ability to channel more refined and compassionate levels of Reiki healing energy. Attunement to master symbols and ability to attune / teach others Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki Master.
